Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.
Caring Confetti does not ship on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) or national holidays.
We currently do not ship outside of Canada or to P.O. Boxes.
You will be notified of any items that are temporarily out-of-stock or on back order.
Local pick up is available in Burlington, Ontario.

Regular shipping is FREE on all orders above $99 CDN. Orders under $99 CDN are a flat rate of $10.00.
Additional fees may apply to expedited orders. If you wish to receive your package sooner, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
Due to Covid-19, mail carrier services are experiencing delays in delivery times due to higher package volumes. This may result in your package arriving later than usual. If you require something urgently, please send us an e-mail: email@example.com and we can assess the best options for your needs.

Due to COVID-19, we are currently unable to accept returns or refused parcels. If an item is damaged or goes missing, please email email@example.com for support.
If you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to return your product(s), please send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org to start the return process.
We will issue a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date for items that are unused, unopened and in the original packaging in which they were received. Clearance items, custom products, and final sale items may not be returned.
Party boxes must be returned in full, individual items will not be accepted. All individual items in the box must be unopened and in their original packaging to be accepted for a refund.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When you receive a refund, the cost of the initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $99, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted in your account.
Refund on sale Items
Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
We will replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange something for the same item, please send us an e-mail at email@example.com as soon as possible.
