What are your health & safety precautions in response to Covid-19?
Our commitment to the health and safety of our customers is very important to us. We operate in a sanitized environment that is frequently cleaned. Products are packaged with sanitized hands and masks. We also offer contactless curb-side pick-up for those doing local pick-up. To enhance delivery times we will also personally drive packages to you, where possible.
Our hope during these unprecedented times is that our party decor brings happiness to your at-home celebrations. We know that birthdays are SO special and it’s heartbreaking to not be with all those we love for life’s milestones. Although our products cannot replace people, we believe they can brighten a room and sprinkle joy when we need it most.

Can I return my item?
Due to COVID-19, we are currently unable to accept returns or refused parcels. If an item is damaged or goes missing, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for support.
Yes! If you’re not happy with your purchase you can return any unused or unopened item within 14 days. Please see our shipping and returns policy for more detailed information.
I have already placed an order. Can I add to it?
Yes! Changes can be made prior to shipping (typically 2-3 business days after your initial order). If you haven’t already received your shipping confirmation, send us an e-mail at email@example.com and let us know what you would like to add!
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to Covid-19, all mail carrier services are experiencing delays in delivery times due to higher package volumes. This may result in your package arriving later than usual. If you require something urgently, please send us an e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org and we can assess the best options for your needs.
We typically process orders within 2-3 business days (excluding Canadian holidays). Regular shipping usually takes no more than 10 business days.

How much is shipping?
Orders over $99 CDN are FREE within Canada. All additional orders are $15.00 flat rate. Head over to our shipping policy for more information.
Do you offer local pick-up?
Yes! If you're in the Burlington, Ontario area, there is FREE local pick-up. When placing your order, select 'local pick-up' and we'll send a confirmation e-mail with the pick-up details.
Do you have expedited shipping?

How fast are orders processed?
Please allow 2-3 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) for orders to be processed.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we only ship within Canada at this time. But it’s on our vision board!
Do you have a retail store?
Not yet! But we do the occasional pop-up shop. Keep your eyes on our instagram account (@caringconfetti) and website for upcoming events. We'd LOVE for you to come by and say “hi!"

Why can't I order balloons or your website?
We aim to make conscious decisions about wastefulness. We value quality and beautiful party decor with consideration for the environment. This is why you will not find a single balloon in any of our party boxes. Instead, we have selected quality decor that can be used again and again - like paper party fans!
